The Creative Genius is a concept of J.L. Moreno’s that has definitely hit the masses. According to him it is the manifestation of spontaneity in a human being. I feel this is essential to playback, but also life in general. We all need at some point or another remind ourselves that we have free will and reflect a bit on what it says to us. The home-group gives spontaneity a possible structure, a way of systematic approach to developing the free-flowing energy of spontaneity.

The concept of the Competent Genius combines Moreno’s Creative Genius with McClelland’s  approach to critical competences. I use it in my work daily.

I started PB in 2002, I was in two companies until I started Tartu Theatre of Spontaneity in 2007. I graduated from the Centre in 2010 and have used a lot of PB in my work as adult educator and organisation consultant.
